Natalia Svechin Law Corporation is a growing and client-focused law firm based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Our practice focuses on Real Estate, Immigration, Family Law, and Wills & Estates. We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
- Manage real estate purchase, sale, and refinance files from opening to closing
- Prepare and review Land Titles documents, including transfers, mortgages, and discharges
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other law firms to coordinate closings
- Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence and legal documents
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper files
- Assist the lawyer in other areas such as Immigration, Family, and Wills as required
- Prepare and handle related billing and disbursements
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Real Estate Legal Assistant (Manitoba experience preferred)
- Post-secondary education in legal administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of Teranet/The Property Registry, LTO e-services, and real estate closing procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple files efficiently
- Experience in Immigration or Family Law is an asset
- Bilingualism or proficiency in a second language is an asset
